WELCOME MESSAGE

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to the "9th SRMS Pulmocrit Conference" scheduled from 24th to 27th September 2026 at SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly, followed by a satellite programme at Jim Corbett, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.

This year's theme, "Critical Care Beyond Boundaries: Transforming Critical Care in Resource- Limited Settings," reflects our commitment to making high-quality critical care accessible beyond major urban centres. The conference will focus on practical, affordable and scalable solutions that can strengthen intensive care services in peripheral hospitals, smaller cities and underserved regions.

The scientific programme will bring together experts from critical care, pulmonary medicine, anaesthesiology and allied specialties for focused lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on learning and the exchange of real-world clinical experiences. Along with recent advances, special emphasis will be placed on innovative approaches that can improve outcomes despite limitations in infrastructure, workforce and resources.

We warmly invite you to join us in this meaningful academic endeavour. Your participation will enrich the discussions and contribute to our shared goal of extending effective critical care to every patient, irrespective of geography or resources.

We look forward to welcoming you to SRMS IMS, Bareilly and Jim Corbett, Ramnagar for an academically rewarding and memorable experience.

With warm regards,

Dr. Lalit Singh
Organizing Secretary
9th SRMS Pulmocrit Conference
